Sr3 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the sr3 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms and Scope of Agreement
By accessing, registering for, or using the sr3 platform (including the website, mobile app, and any related services), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are required to discontinue use of the sr3 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and sr3 as the platform operator. This agreement covers all services provided by sr3, including but not limited to Live Casino, Sports Betting, lottery, table games, and any platform features that may be added in the future.
User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age required by local law, whichever is higher.
- You must be resident in, or located in, a jurisdiction where use of the sr3 platform is legally permitted.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You must not be an individual who has been previously banned from using sr3's services.
Registering an account on sr3 constitutes full acceptance of all terms set out in this document. Please read the entire document before proceeding with registration.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the sr3 platform. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date. sr3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to meet verification requirements. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. sr3 will never ask for your password via email or message. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Use of automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access the platform
- Any attempt to manipulate games or betting outcomes
- Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity
- Abuse of promotions or unauthorised bonus claims
- Disrupting or damaging the platform's technical infrastructure
Sr3 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for legal compliance reasons. Where an account is closed due to a violation, any balance held in the account may be subject to investigation before a withdrawal is processed. Users may also close their own accounts by contacting the sr3 support team.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Rules (MYR)
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the sr3 platform are processed in MYR. Deposits can be made via approved payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set for each payment method and are subject to change in accordance with current policy.
Withdrawals may only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit, subject to successful identity verification. sr3 reserves the right to require up to three to five business days to process certain withdrawal requests.
Transaction Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet details they provide are accurate. sr3 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment information submitted by the user. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the sr3 support team within seven days of the transaction date.

- Deposits are credited upon payment confirmation
- Withdrawals are processed within 1–5 business days
- Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal
- Transaction disputes must be reported within 7 days
- Sr3 reserves the right to freeze suspicious transactions
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Sr3 accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including technical service disruptions, third-party system failures, or unfavourable betting outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and sr3 makes no guarantees regarding continuous service availability.
All content on the sr3 platform — including logos, brand names, designs, text, graphics, software code, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of sr3 or our licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from sr3.
The sr3 platform may integrate third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and technology providers. sr3 is not responsible for the policies, content, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms of service separately.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Right to Amend Terms
Sr3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this document periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, the use of the sr3 platform, or any services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. Users hereby agree to submit to such jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
Use of the sr3 platform is also subject to Privacy Policy ours, which explains how your personal information is collected, used, and protected. The Privacy Policy forms part of the overall agreement between you and sr3.
